Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Grey Pulse LLC ("Grey Pulse," "we," "us") handles information when you visit product.greypulse.io or buy Possibles (the "Service"). In short, we collect what we need to deliver your issues and run the business, and we don't sell your data.
What we collect
- Purchase information. When you buy, Stripe, our payment processor, collects your name, email address, billing details and card information. Stripe processes your card; we never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares your name, email, billing country/ZIP, plan and payment status with us.
- Communications. If you email us, we keep the message and your contact details so we can reply.
- Founders' Roll. If you are a Founding Member and choose to be listed on the Founders' Roll, we use the name you give us for that purpose only.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
- Interactive editions. Anything you type into an issue's web edition or the free preview (your name, readings, progress) is stored only in your own browser's local storage. It is not sent to us.
How we use it
- To deliver monthly issues and account emails (receipts, delivery notices, renewal reminders).
- To provide support, process refunds and cancellations, and prevent fraud.
- To send occasional Possibles news. You can opt out of non-essential email at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, such as Stripe (payments), our email delivery provider and our hosting provider, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Retention
We keep member and transaction records while your membership is active and afterwards as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete information we aren't required to keep.
Your choices and rights
To access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing email, write to team@greypulse.io. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Children
The Service is sold to adults. Minors may take part in outings under the supervision of the adult member. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Changes
If we make material changes, we'll post the updated policy here and update the date above.
