Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of product.greypulse.io and your purchase of Possibles (the "Service"), provided by Grey Pulse LLC ("Grey Pulse," "we," "us"). By buying or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Possibles is a digital publication. Each monthly issue includes a Dispatch, a Muster gear list, a printable Bench craft, a skill lesson with puzzles, an Outing plan, and a printable Ledger plate. Issues are delivered by email with links to a web edition and PDF files. Nothing is shipped physically. Content, themes and the order of issues may change over time.
2. Delivery schedule
Issue 1, North Without a Compass, is scheduled for delivery on November 1, 2026. Later issues are delivered on or around the 1st of each month. If Issue 1 is delayed, we'll tell you by email and you can request a full refund.
3. Plans, prices and automatic renewal
- Founding Member presale: $129, one-time. This covers Issues 1–12 and is limited to the first 250 purchasers. It is a single payment and does not renew automatically. Before Issue 12 we'll invite you by email to continue at your founding rate ($129 per twelve issues). Founders keep that rate for as long as their membership stays continuous; nothing renews unless you accept.
- Monthly: $19 per month. Renews automatically each month on your signup date at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel.
- Annual: $179 per year. Renews automatically each year on your signup date until you cancel. We'll email a reminder before each annual renewal.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe. If we ever change the price of a renewing plan, we'll give you notice before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel a monthly or annual plan at any time, online, through the manage-subscription link in your receipt (the Stripe customer portal), or by emailing team@greypulse.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, and you keep every issue already delivered.
5. Refunds
- Before Issue 1 ships: every plan, including the founding presale, is fully refundable for any reason until November 1, 2026. Email us to request one.
- After Issue 1 ships: payments for billing periods that have already begun are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
6. License to content
All Possibles content, including stories, characters, illustrations, crafts and software, is original work owned by Grey Pulse LLC and protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use, download and print issues for yourself, your household and your outing companions. Please don't resell, republish or share issues publicly.
7. Education, recreation and assumption of risk
Possibles is provided for education and recreation. Outdoor activities, including hiking, driving to remote areas, being out after dark, navigation, tool and knife use, fire, tracking, and handling or caring for game, carry inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage and death. Issues are not a substitute for professional instruction, medical advice or your own judgment. You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for:
- judging your own fitness, skills, gear, the weather and the ground;
- telling someone your plan, and carrying suitable safety and first-aid equipment;
- following your state's laws and all posted area rules, including hours, sign-in requirements, land access and trespass rules, fire restrictions, and hunting, trapping and fishing licenses, seasons and limits;
- supervising any minors who take part.
The Service never requires a firearm and does not provide firearm-handling instruction. Content about game covers legally taken game only. For hunter-education requirements, contact your state wildlife agency. If an activity isn't allowed where you are, don't do it.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grey Pulse LLC and its members, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for personal injury or property damage arising from your outdoor activities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to members or posted here with a new date. Changes don't affect founding rates on continuous memberships.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Grey Pulse LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
